No copyright protection for sport broadcasts

Sweden (and hopefully the rest of the world): is a broadcasted hockey match protected under copyright? According to this Swedish court, no. Perhaps the replay and this sort of related rights, but sport matches don’t bring up particular work of intellectual property.

Yet we can argue Guaridola’s Barcelona and Sacchi’s Milan were a pure show to the viewer.
