Privacy Law in Saudi Arabia: A Primer for Businesses

One of the few countries in the world without a Privacy Law, an official definition of personal data nor sensitive data. Yet, a somewhat minimum standard of protection applies for specific sectors like TLC, HealthCare, Anti-Cybercrime.

By how jeopardised is this jurisdiction and how unstable is its interpretation, it is nonetheless advised to treat personal data with a reasonable duty of care.
