On the penal code in California and only with employee’s consent in Texas, Virginia, Minnesota, and Tennessee.

In 2015 a woman sued the company after finding out her employers could even know how fast she drove.

Whatever happens to you outside these states, your best hope is asserting a right to privacy and hoping the judge agrees with you.
