Japanese court rules against paedophile in ‘right to be forgotten’ online case

When in japan, do as the Japaneses do.

Tokyo’s high court judged against a man convicted for pedophilia to have his internet records not erased. In this ruling, the public importance to know this men behaviour was more important than his personal right to privacy.

A similar case just happened in the Netherlands too, where a lawyer has been convicted for homicide in UK and his reputation is still tarnished online.
