Chinese law firms are lagging behind their global peers in the AI tech race

The 5-year plan for law firms promised to devote much time to innovation and entrepreneurship; yet, Chinese law firms are allegedly still lagging behind when it comes to A.I.

Yet, law firms are more and more acting like corporation, which allows them to allocate a percentage of their yearly profit into research and development, with an average rate of 1% (£234m in 2015)
