Have Clear Goals for Your Weekly Meeting

Another nice management tip for today: when dealing with recurring appointments, always make sure you know what the goals are in advance. You can help yourself by reconsidering these points:

  •  Share updates and review progress to date (main milestones, upcoming activities etc.),
  • Tackle questions and concerns on the progress,
  • Prioritize and resolve issues and address additional questions.
  • Agree on next steps (for example, what to do if a situation escalates, and what each individual’s role is).
