SCOTUS Rejects channelge to NY Law Requiring In-State Office for Bar Members

Schoenefeld v Schneirman gave a chance to NY justices to rehash the duty to maintain an office in NY, instead of taking it as a violation of the Constitution’s privilige and immunity clause. Yet, justices argues such clause was not in the protectionist interest of NY residents.
