The managemetn tip of the day suggest people to sort decisions to be taken in different caterogies, according to the time required, impact/extent and potential consequences.
What HRB suggests is: “strategical” (long-term, more time-consuming), “significant” (tailored per each case) and quick (not complex and delegable).
